Rebecca Sabatino
Advocate
Rebecca is a member of “Team One,” the group that first reviews case files to ensure a keen understanding of the history, complexities and current standing of families we work with every day.
A genuine advocate and early age mom, Rebecca grew up in a single family household as the oldest of four. Naturally, she took a caring role in her family that extends today to her three children, one of whom has multiple special needs. Her background continues to drive her passion to assist families in our care.
“Throughout the past few years, I have met many families who struggled to secure the appropriate services to address their child’s educational needs. This is when I knew I had to get involved and make a difference. Having a child diagnosed with Auditory Processing, Vision Processing, Mixed Dyslexia and ADD allows me to understand the daily struggles individuals and families go through on a daily basis. “
Rebecca understands the power of relationships as she continues to actively volunteer at her children’s schools. She recently secured a grant, and built, a multisensory garden for her local elementary school.
